As soon as the project is confirmed, the legal documents are signed and the funding partner is happy to proceed, funds can be transferred instantly.

Developers will have to sign a letter of engagement simply stating that one weeks notice must be given before removing any listed project and once they have connected with a potential funding partner they cannot pull out.
